Award-winning Winemaker Nancy Walker, who has worked in the region for years, took advantage of the region’s diversity and microclimates to create HorsePlay. She selected fruit that benefited from a long hang time on the vine, developing true ripeness and producing fine tannins with intense phenolics. Believing in minimal intervention in the cellar, Nancy executes precision blending after a year of barrel aging. HorsePlay is brimming with bold fruit, a round rich mouthfeel and firm smooth tannins.
